Description

Students will learn the strategies required to complete the program successfully. These include the fundamentals of esthetics and the basics of dermatology as it relates to the role of the esthetician. Students are introduced to advanced topics in nutrition, esthetics and cosmetology. The theoretical knowledge base is reinforced through concurrent practical training.

Career Prospects

Students receive the skills to open their own salon, day spa, or independent skin care clinic. They may also seek employment at a medical spa, a resort or a hotel spa.

Prerequisites

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Age must be 18 years or above
  • English Proficiency ( IELTS/CELPIP/Other English Tests or OSSD Equivalent)
