All of the materials required for the candidate to appear for listening, reading and writing test will be provided by the test centre. Materials include headphones, pencils, erasers, etc.
The test starts between 9:00 and 9:30 and usually takes 2 hours 30 minutes to complete the Listening, Reading and Writing components. The speaking component is scheduled separately either on the same day or an adjoining day. The format is as follows:
-Listening: 30 minutes
-Reading: 60 minutes
-Writing 60 minutes
-Speaking 11-15 minutes
*Speaking date may or may not be on the same day as the other three modules.
Yes, one can collect TRF on the candidate’s behalf. To do that, the candidate has to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the candidate details(Full Name, DOB, Exam date and ID Document Number) and attach the government photo ID of the person who will collect TRF).
Request for Cancellation must be made via email only. Cancellation requested via telephone or In-person will not be accepted. A candidate can request for cancellation 5 weeks prior to the date of the paper-based exam and one week prior to the computer-delivered exam. An 80-dollar admin fee will be deducted from the fees, and the refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks. Candidates are not eligible for a refund if they request for cancellations after the required deadline has passed. The candidate should send the completed Request for Refund/Transfer Form to email@example.com to process the request.
Requests for test cancellation must be received by the centre office 5 weeks prior to the first-choice test date. If it is less than 5 weeks from your test date, refunds and test date transfers will only be considered for Special Circumstances.

If one is a refugee, will first submit a document to test centre prior to registration for approval. Once approved, can then register for the IELTS exam. On the Test Day, he/she will have to carry their “Refugee Protection Claimant Document” with them and any other form of government-issued photo ID.

Yes, Bitts provides an option to send TRF via express post to the requested organizations. An electronic copy is sent to organizations for those that are set up to receive the same. Candidates need to send the completed application to issue additional TRFs to email@example.com. The candidate would have to pay $45 which cover the postal and administrative charges.
