Effective Communication is a required skill for every person who interacts in this world. In this course Students should be able to know and apply the generally accepted principals of planning, generating, composing, drafting and revising messages. They will learn and apply the generally accepted formats and uses of business documents and oral presentations. They will be trained to do a number of business activities with a sound understanding of the style and mechanics of English-language business communications.
